  • Further development of IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Request, Knowledge, Change, Problem Management as well as CMDB, Asset Management and Service Catalog.
  • Intensive collaboration within the SIAM team, with external partners and within the entire IT organization to meet customer expectations and priorities.
