Job Summary

  • The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, coordinating internal resources, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • This role will enable projects in the IT Program Management Office (PMO) ensuring alignment of programs with business goals, on-time delivery, and efficient resource allocation.
  • The Project Manager may manage a dynamic team of project managers, business analysts or data analysts, playing an important role in enabling transformation and enforcing standardizing delivery practices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a project manager
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Asana as a project management tool
  • Experience with Power BI as a data illustration tool
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Project management certification such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience contributing to large, enterprise-wide technology programs
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams (preferred)
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and adaptability
