Job Summary

  • Support various business partners by providing human resource advice, counsel, and decisions in relation to performance management, investigations, mediation, and coaching to improve the effectiveness and engagement of leaders and teams.
  • Manage the site’s compensation, reward, and recognition program and make sound recommendations that align with the overall total rewards strategy.
  • Act as a change agent to the business and implement processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation.
