  • The Testing Center Support Specialist and Exam Proctor supports the administration of academic examinations by ensuring a secure, compliant and student-centered testing environment at the Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC).
  • This role is responsible for coordinating exam logistics, implementing approved testing accommodations in accordance with institutional policies, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • This position requires strong customer service skills, computer skills, clear communication, and the ability to convey authority in a courteous manner to enforce exam requirements.

  • Understanding of FERPA and ADA regulations

  • Some experience supporting an office environment (preferred)
