This position embeds standardized governance and reporting practices while providing executive leadership with data-driven insights to ensure programmes are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget.
The successful candidate will leverage enterprise PPM, workflow, and data-visualisation tools, applying automation and AI to reduce manual effort and enable predictive insights.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Formal programme/project management credentials
Strong experience in real estate project management
Multi-disciplinary coordination skills
Enterprise PPM tool proficiency
AI-enabled reporting and analytics
Nice-to-have
Experience operating within a PMO Centre of Excellence
Proficiency with workflow automation and low-code tools
Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS real estate systems
Track record of enabling cross-functional delivery
Continuous improvement mindset
Key Requirements
