  • Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living, meals, and transport while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as well as reporting all accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
