Job Summary

• Collaborates with pharmacy leadership to manage the formulary and medication-use process, and participates collegially with members of the department of pharmacy to ensure pharmacy representation in the development of medication use management programs.
• Leads medication safety advancements and performance improvement initiatives for pharmacy services in specialty service lines, designing, planning, educating, and leading safety and performance improvement initiatives to achieve the organization’s clinical quality, cost, and service quality goals.
