Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in a human resources function
  • 3 or more years of experience supervising a team
  • 3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience using Workday and/or other ATS
  • Proficiency using Excel and/or similar analytical tools
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
