Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition will supervise the Benefits Eligible Talent Acquisition Team and oversee recruitment functions and processes for University Housing and Dining (UHD).
Responsible for providing talent acquisition guidance to hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) staff on staff policies, regulations, and procedures on recruitment, compensation, and overall best practices.

5 years of experience in a human resources function

Proficiency using Excel and/or similar analytical tools
