Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
8 years experience in regulated manufacturing
Experience supporting repair programs
Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations
Ability to lead cross-functional projects
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in related field
Lean and Kaizen continuous improvement experience
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with Engineering Change Orders
Background in validation activities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 8 years in regulated manufacturing environment
Experience with GMP/FDA regulated environments preferred
