Key Requirements
M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Science
4+ years experience in Chemical Industry supporting coatings customers
2+ years experience managing new product development projects
1+ years experience supervising technical work of others
Must have strong understanding of chemical structure-property relationships
Must have strong leadership & project managerial skills
