Job Summary

• Oversees the day to day operations in the department, working with other supervisors to achieve operational efficiencies and optimum patient satisfaction.
• Manages patient caseload, organizes staff schedules, and ensures staff are oriented, trained, and current with clinical and other competencies.
• Collaborates effectively with system leadership, physicians and/or committees/work teams in developing, promoting, and enhancing new programs and services.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Physical Therapist license or Occupational Therapist license or Speech-Language Pathology license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology
• 3 years of experience in rehabilitation
• Experience as a lead or senior level staff
• Excellent diplomacy, organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar products
