  • Works independently in the performance of skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and systems.
  • Serves as a resources to staff in the area of HVAC and building automation system education.
  • Performs Fire Damper documentation per CMS, creates and maintains proper documentation, and completes work orders pertaining to Life Safety, Environment of Care, Safety and Patients.
