Job Summary

  • The Transplant Data Coordinator is responsible for clinical data abstraction, design, capture, management, querying and reporting.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the OPTN data entry system for transplant centers and review medical records for UNOS and CMS.
  • Participates in planning and implementing systematic processes to improve the quality and safety of patient care, and operational effectiveness of the program.
