Job Summary

  • The GSC PMO Cutover Lead will be accountable for leading the end-to-end business cutover activities for Global Supply Chain deployments, ensuring a controlled and seamless transition to the S/4HANA ERP platform.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and documenting business-owned tasks for Dress Rehearsal and Cutover plans, coordinating execution of business elements, and driving issue resolution during Hypercare.
  • The role requires proven experience in PMO, Cutover or Deployment lead roles for large ERP transformations, strong stakeholder management, and excellent planning, orchestration, and execution skills.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in PMO, Cutover or Deployment lead roles
  • Experience coordinating with 3rd-party suppliers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong planning, orchestration and execution skills
  • Formal project management qualifications (Prince2, PMP) are a plus
  • Background in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Experience with large-scale ERP platforms (SAP or similar)
