Must-have

  • 10+ years financial industry IT experience
  • 5+ years Scrum Master experience
  • 2+ years professional Agile coaching
  • Expert Jira and Confluence tooling
  • Strong SQL and API integration knowledge
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills

Nice-to-have

  • Financial markets certification IFC or CSC
  • Experience with AI productivity tools
  • IIBA-AAC Agile Analysis Certification
  • ICP-ACC Agile Coach certification
  • Line management performance review experience

Key Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
  • SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile Principles
  • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • 10+ years in Financial Industry IT
  • 5+ years as Scrum Master
  • 2+ years professional coaching experience
