Job Summary
This role supports Invenergy's Reliability Compliance program for the entire fleet with an emphasis on electricity generation regulatory requirements.
The Associate will actively participate in real-time operational compliance monitoring activities and coordinate reviews against NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards.
Invenergy offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 USD and an annual bonus potential of 20% to 30%.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
3+ years direct Electrical Engineering experience
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have
Prior NERC compliance experience
Knowledge of ERCOT, PJM, and IESO standards
Familiarity with PSCAD, PSS/E, and ASPEN modeling tools
Experience at a Utility or Renewable power systems
Strong project management and critical thinking skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
3+ years of direct Electrical Engineering application experience
