Job Summary

  • Identify and evaluate strategic clinical partnership opportunities, including collaborative reagent development, clinical trial collaborations, co-development partnerships, and in-licensing/out-licensing deals for clinical-stage assets.
  • Develop and implement targeted BD strategies to engage key stakeholders (clinical MDM, Clinical application scientists, researchers, and decision-makers) and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation of clinical partnership agreements, term sheets, and contracts, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and business objectives.
