Base: $157,500 - $231,000; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus depending on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, and well-being programs

Must-have
10+ years software engineering experience
5+ years end-to-end software delivery ownership
Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools
Strong Agile delivery methodology expertise
Experience with web and cloud technologies
Nice-to-have
Understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts
Data Engineering knowledge and experience
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Experience mentoring and growing engineering teams
Proven track record of strategic ecosystem thinking
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience
Minimum 5 years owning end-to-end software delivery
