Job Summary

  • The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on Main contracts as well as Sub-contracts.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of working experience in tendering, estimating, and measurement of quantities on large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, and FIDIC contracts is considered an added advantage.
