Job Summary
Provide wide ranging Deskside support to end users in office environments, resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
Take ownership of tickets escalated from the service desk, handling them appropriately and working independently to prioritize incidents.
Build and deploy PCs, patch network points, troubleshoot printer problems, and support standard software packages in a highly regulated environment.
