Job Summary

  • The Mechanical Team Leader is responsible for designs and analyses mechanical static equipment and leads a team of design engineers to deliver engineering projects and tasks in accordance with Pall’s product and project execution processes.
  • Ensures all engineering deliverables meet defined targets for cost, quality, and delivery, and collaborates closely with engineering managers, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve departmental and business objectives.
  • This position reports to the Vessel Engineering Manager and is part of the Energy+ Global Process Engineering located in Portsmouth (Additional location Dubai/Warsaw) and will be an on-site role to cover a team of engineers based in Europe, America and the Middle East (currently 8 associates) supporting key engineered to order projects.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
