Job Summary
The Mechanical Team Leader is responsible for designs and analyses mechanical static equipment and leads a team of design engineers to deliver engineering projects and tasks in accordance with Pall’s product and project execution processes.
Ensures all engineering deliverables meet defined targets for cost, quality, and delivery, and collaborates closely with engineering managers, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve departmental and business objectives.
This position reports to the Vessel Engineering Manager and is part of the Energy+ Global Process Engineering located in Portsmouth (Additional location Dubai/Warsaw) and will be an on-site role to cover a team of engineers based in Europe, America and the Middle East (currently 8 associates) supporting key engineered to order projects.

Key Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 7 years relevant engineering experience
Experience leading engineering projects and teams
Experience with ASME Codes, PED, and international standards
