Product Compliance Engineers will drive regulatory efforts, impact internal design decisions, and obtain product certifications needed to sell and ship millions of consumer-facing devices.
Engineers will own FCC, ISED, ETSI, and international radio compliance from design through certification and market access, ensuring Starlink’s global success.

Must-have
RF regulatory strategy and certification
Compliance to FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED regulations
Radio testing management with accredited labs
Collaboration with RF hardware and firmware teams
Technical file and certification application preparation
Global market access support for wireless features
Nice-to-have
Experience with Wi-Fi or satellite communication systems
Ability to interpret radio standards into design requirements
Experience supporting antenna and RF layout
Track record certifying complex wireless consumer products
Ability to work extended hours for mission critical deadlines
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or STEM discipline
1+ years RF/wireless regulatory compliance experience
3+ years preferred in RF/wireless compliance for consumer electronics
Knowledge of FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED wireless regulations
Experience running RF compliance test campaigns
U.S. citizenship or authorized to work under ITAR
