Focus on redesigning engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, operationalizing agentic workflows, and building reusable agentic primitives with verification loops.

Key Requirements
Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6 and Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)

Solid communication skills
