Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, and ensuring residents are kept dry and comfortable.
The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, reporting any changes in condition, and assisting with resident transfers and discharges.
