The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience, particularly in completions and well maintenance, and will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient project execution

Job Summary

  • Supervise and coordinate daily workover operations across a fleet of multiple pulling units, working on wells with ESP, rod pump, and gas lift forms of artificial lift.
  • Lead and manage a workover team, providing guidance and training to ensure safe and effective execution of operations.
  • Write and enter detailed daily operations reports, tubing & rod details, ESP details, and daily cost details in WellView.
