Job Summary

  • Provide strategic financial advice and solutions to help clients navigate complex business transactions and optimise their capital structure.
  • Execute/ supervise Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, Refinancing, Restructuring, Financial Appraisal, Project Appraisal, Due Diligence Mandates independently.
  • Handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project/ credit evaluation/ appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof.
