Job Summary

  • This role plays a key part in supporting the appraisal process by conducting in-depth property research, gathering relevant market data, and preparing initial data entry for appraisal reports.
  • The Property Research Analyst will work closely with appraisers to ensure that all necessary information is collected and accurately recorded, enabling efficient and timely appraisals.

  • Experience in time series analysis/forecasting
  • Strong data software applications skills
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
