Job Summary
This role plays a key part in supporting the appraisal process by conducting in-depth property research, gathering relevant market data, and preparing initial data entry for appraisal reports.
The Property Research Analyst will work closely with appraisers to ensure that all necessary information is collected and accurately recorded, enabling efficient and timely appraisals.
