  • The position involves quantifying business value through cycle time reduction, touchless rates, and leakage avoidance while ensuring GenAI capabilities are compliant and aligned with the Claims Technology North Star.
  • Candidates will work alongside talented colleagues in a groundbreaking Generative AI team designed to explore new possibilities for how artificial intelligence can be applied in insurance.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years Business Analyst experience in Claims or Insurance
  • Deep understanding of FNOL, coverage, liability workflows
  • Proven delivery of AI/GenAI or advanced analytics solutions
  • Strong Agile delivery experience with backlog management
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to LLM-based solutions and prompt workflows
  • Familiarity with OneClaim or core claims platforms
  • Knowledge of model governance and explainability controls
  • Background in process re-engineering and operating model design
  • Working knowledge of data metadata and lineage concepts

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst in Claims, Insurance, or Financial Services
  • Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production
  • Strong Agile delivery experience including sprint planning and UAT
