Base: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00; Bonus: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
5 years experience in Quality or Engineering
Mechanical engineering experience
ISO 9001 and AS9100 QMS knowledge
Root cause analysis and RCCA skills
Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
Nice-to-have
Defense industry program management experience
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
CAM or Earned Value certification
Active Secret Clearance
Statistical analysis for cost of quality
Cross-functional team collaboration
