Job Summary

  • Our Talent Acquisition Intern will support our corporate and/or plant recruitment teams on site at our headquarters in Waukesha, WI.
  • You will have the opportunity to shadow recruiters, assist with sourcing and screening candidates, and gain exposure to multiple facets of HR including diversity initiatives and onboarding.
  • You will receive internal training on recruitment systems and sourcing tools and work closely with recruiting team members to innovate on talent research strategies.
