The role supports the Global Markets Documentation team in negotiating master agreements and associated documents for major corporate and government clients.
Candidates will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and ancillary agreements with diverse institutional counterparties.
This position requires a deep understanding of derivatives, relevant regulatory frameworks, and market practices while collaborating with colleagues in London, New York, Sydney, and other locations.

Must-have
7 years global markets documentation experience
ISDA Master Agreement negotiation expertise
Credit Support Annex drafting skills
Derivatives regulatory framework knowledge
Institutional counterparty agreement experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with GMRAs and GMSLAs
Knowledge of electronic trading documentation
Pragmatic attitude towards collaboration
Interest in process improvement initiatives
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years global markets documentation experience
Qualified Lawyer status required
Strong knowledge of loans, guarantees, and securities
