This role involves providing exceptional front-line customer service, conducting in-person ticket sales, and managing ticket distribution for live events in Quebec.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bilingual in English and French
Customer service and ticket sales
Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends
Experience with Ticketmaster Point of Sale system
Cash and credit transaction handling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-have
Passion for live events and entertainment
Team-oriented and positive attitude
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
General office and cash experience
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
Bilingual fluency in English and French
Availability for flexible, seasonal, part-time work
