The ideal candidate should have a strong background in compliance within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in REITs, and must be fluent in English and Chinese. **

Job Summary

  • The Compliance Officer (“CO”) is tasked to assist senior management to manage the legal and regulatory compliance functions of the Singapore and China Operations of a Singapore Listed REIT
  • CO will work closely with outsource compliance team in the management of the legal and regulatory compliance risks of the Singapore Office and monitoring the work of LCO in China Operation
  • CO is also responsible for liaising with external legal counsel on relevant matters
