Job Summary
Operate and assist in preparing tools, following production orders, under the guidance of the leader, tool setter, and/or machine setter operator, changing tools when necessary, to meet customer needs.
Separate tooling to assist the tool setter in component assembly, identify production process boxes, assist in handling the bar feeder and induction furnace, perform 5S of the entire area, perform piece repair (finishing), and control inputs and organize all area accessories.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the floor, machines, benches, documentation, and dirty rags in defined locations, cleaning dust and oil residue, and taking care of equipment to maintain an organized and presentable environment.
