Must-have
6+ years B2B marketing experience
3+ years running 1:1 and 1:few ABM programmes
Deep partnership with Sales and SDR/BDR teams
Experience with intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase
Proven track record of measurable pipeline impact from named accounts
Nice-to-have
Experience in hearing care or audiology industry
Experience scaling ABM programmes globally
Familiarity with HubSpot platform
