Job Summary
The Specialty Licensing Manager will oversee and direct the specialty leasing program at Manhattan Village to achieve the property’s specialty leasing income, ancillary income and occupancy goals.
Primary responsibilities include the ongoing licensing of the common area RMUs, events and common area activations, temporary inline stores, and ancillary income.

Base: 90,000.00 – 114,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay
