Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
  • 10-12 years related experience
  • Minimum 8 years in Operations/GET/MSAT/Planning/Project Management
  • 3-5 years leading continuous improvement/lean function
  • 3-5 years managerial experience in regulated manufacturing
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Dutch C2 language level required
  • Supervisor/people management experience
  • 10-12 years people management experience
