• Coordinate all member communication channels, teams, and vendors to ensure a streamlined experience and reduce abrasion across SMS text, email, print, and POM campaigns.
• Serve as the business owner for a local Indiana marketing vendor, ensuring alignment on project scope, delivery, TAT, and quality.
