2-5 years software product building experience
AI-native tool proficiency (Claude Code, Replit)
In-office presence in Copenhagen required
Fluency in English and one additional European language
Ability to prototype from idea to working build quickly

Comfort with systemic complexity and data flows
Willingness to travel up to 20 days annually

Key Requirements
