  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision and management of the OBNMTC Staff Development Department while conducting comprehensive consultation on training and organizational development.
  • Candidates must possess considerable knowledge of techniques for conducting formal and informal training programs and apply principles of adult learning theory.
  • The role requires identifying and establishing curriculum and training requirements for all facility employees including Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Business, and Nursing departments.
