The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision and management of the OBNMTC Staff Development Department while conducting comprehensive consultation on training and organizational development.
Candidates must possess considerable knowledge of techniques for conducting formal and informal training programs and apply principles of adult learning theory.
The role requires identifying and establishing curriculum and training requirements for all facility employees including Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Business, and Nursing departments.
