Must-have
Two-year technical degree or equivalent military experience
5+ years direct applicable Etch semiconductor experience
High volume manufacturing environment experience
Root cause analysis and standardization mindset
Tool qualifications and lot dispositions
Nice-to-have
300mm Dry Etch experience highly desired
Familiarity with Lam, AMAT, TEL, Mattson, PSK platforms
Detail and task oriented approach

Flexibility to work rotating shifts
