Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Certification as a Cost Estimator or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 -10 years of experience in cost estimating positions
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Fully versed with Cost Estimating Tools and Methodologies
Well versed with ASPEN TECH estimating tool
Experience in cost risk analysis
Experience in sourcing and using benchmark data
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
