Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, quantity surveying, or engineering
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in construction cost management
  • Experience supporting medium to large-scale complex construction projects
  • Working toward or holding RICS accreditation (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of procurement strategies and cost control practices
