Participants will be paid up to $50 per hour to evaluate AI-generated wireframes and ensure adherence to accessibility standards.
The role requires a minimum of one year of professional experience designing digital products or conducting user research.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS/MS/PhD in HCI or UX Design
1+ year professional design experience
Deep understanding of WCAG standards
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Ability to critique UI layouts and flows
Nice-to-have
Experience with Jira or Linear
Familiarity with Maze or UserTesting
Knowledge of Fitts's Law and Gestalt principles
Strategic thinking balancing user needs
High-fidelity prototyping skills
Key Requirements
