The Senior Director, Client Development will play a key role in growing revenue in the Indianapolis market through new business development, the management and expansion of existing client relationships/accounts and overseeing Consultant engagements.
Accountable for achieving revenue growth goals of assigned patch through both business development and account management within an assigned patch of clients.

$122,400 - $153,000; Incentive Compensation; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Time
