Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience
Member in good standing of a professional engineering order
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Knowledge of building construction and fire dynamics

Experience in insurance claims and court testimony
Certification as CFI, CFEI, CFVI, or WETT
