Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in Phase I, Phase II, and/or rehabilitation projects
Member of Quebec professional order (engineers, geologists, chemists)
Certified Environmental Site Assessor (ESA) title
PMP certification or CAPM within six months
Perfect knowledge of Quebec contaminated soil regulations
