Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team while ensuring advocacy for the customer.
  • This role acts as the site-based customer champion responsible for developing the unconstrained unit forecast for the S&OP process and supporting Factory Direct customers.
  • The manager must adhere to strict Quality Management Systems, FDA regulations, and ISO certification requirements while driving team performance towards key metric targets.
