Centria Autism is seeking Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to work on-site with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. The role requires compassion, patience, and physical capabilities to support children's needs, with comprehensive training provided for those without prior experience

Job Summary

  • You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential.
  • Part of the joy of working with kids is exercise! Our clients move, so you need to be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
