Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain
minimum 5+ years of eSourcing is must
Experience of e-Sourcing tools
Proficient in MS Office suite
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
Demonstrable problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented
Strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to successfully navigate through ambiguous and complex situations
Experience analysing data sets using Power BI or Tableau
Experience in Chemical industry
Demonstrated business acumen in Supply Chain and Procurement
History of managing and delivering multiple projects
